It’s that time of year when we start to think of Christmas entertaining.
Today we will create a beautiful Christmas wreath that can either be hung on the door or used as a table centrepiece. I will demonstrate two different styles. One using a foam wreath and the other using a twig wreath.
In this floral workshop you will be shown how you can use a selection of flowers, including local flowers from the Sunny Coast Flower Market and greenery from the garden, to make a Christmas masterpiece that will wow your friends. We will add Christmas ribbon and other festive adornments to add more joy. I'll also chat about how to purchase flowers, flower preparation, how to make your arrangement last longer and a few other pearls of floral wisdom.
Bring a friend or family member to share the day with you. Relish in the opportunity to relax, soak up nature in our peaceful setting and create some flower memories. Perhaps this could be a Christmas gift for a loved one.
Time: 9.30am – 12.30pm (please arrive by 9.15am)
Cost: $110.00 (includes all flowers, wreath, filler flowers, foliage, floral demonstration, container posy assembly assistance, morning tea and skills to apply to future floral works)
What to wear: Covered shoes
Additional wreath bases will be available for purchase.
Bring a box with some towels to transport your arrangement home safely.

Payment is required prior to the workshop. To secure your place message me and I will send you my bank details for a direct deposit. Your placement in the workshop will be guaranteed once payment is received. Note we are a rural property and we have wildlife such as bees, ants, mosquitoes and sandflies so if you have allergies please take care.
